Netta has been involved in sports for all her life. Almost a decade in the soccer fields gave her a solid foundation and understanding of what it is to be an athlete and lead a healthy lifestyle starting from a young age.
After leaving soccer in the past she has trained in and gathered experience from multiple sports including yoga, dancing, long-distance running, weight training, CrossFit, bodyweight training, gymnastics and pole sport in her never-ending quest to always find new, fun and challenging ways to stay active.
Combining her past experiences and ongoing studies in the fields of sports and nutrition, she offers others the help they need to get started or continue on a healthy, active lifestyle.
As a trainer she is attentive, detail-oriented and wants you to find joy in moving your body while reaching your goals in a healthy, sustainable way.
