My name is Daddy and i work at the Elite Gym and Fitness Koh Samui as a coach.
I train both men and women with all ages.
Main focus is mobility and capability to execute all exercises with a good form 🏋♂️ As soon as you can lift properly our goal is to make you stronger and depends on your goals either to gain, lose or maintain mass while we change your physique.
